By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you are of legal age and authorized to agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms. Your use of the Service signifies acceptance of these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in compliance with these Terms. By using our transcription service, you agree to the following:

• Privacy and Content Guidelines: Efforts are made to protect your privacy; however, absolute privacy cannot be guaranteed. Do not upload highly sensitive or private material, or any content that is not safe for work (NSFW), including pornographic content.
• Content Responsibility: You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions if you upload or record content that involves third parties. Compliance with applicable recording and privacy laws is solely your responsibility.
• Accuracy Disclaimer: Transcriptions provided may not be 100% accurate. Use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.
• Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any user, for any reason.

3. Payments and Transactional Fees

Our Service operates on a transactional basis. You will be provided with a calculation of costs before payment, based on the details of each transcription request. Payments are required upfront, and there are no recurring charges. By completing a payment, you agree to the calculated cost and authorize us to process the payment via your chosen method.

4. User Content

By uploading audio content for transcription, you retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process, display, and store this content solely to provide and improve the Service.

5. Privacy and Data Security

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Service, you consent to the processing and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. In any event, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the last twelve months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York.
